What is Cafe Trading?

Cafe Trading is a premier USDT/THBT trading platform, offering both perpetual futures and spot trading. We specialize in providing traders and businesses with advanced tools for cryptocurrency trading and FX risk hedging.

What trading pairs do you support?

Our primary focus is USDT/THBT trading, available in both perpetual futures and spot markets. We may add additional cryptocurrency pairs in the future based on user demand and market conditions.

Is Cafe Trading regulated?

Cafe Trading operates in compliance with applicable regulations and international best practices. We implement robust security measures, KYC procedures, and risk management protocols to ensure a safe trading environment.

What are the minimum trading requirements?

The minimum deposit is 10 USDT. Minimum trade size is 1 USDT for spot trading and 5 USDT for perpetual futures. There are no maximum limits, but higher amounts may require additional verification for security purposes.

Do you offer a mobile app?

Currently, Cafe Trading is available as a web-based platform optimized for both desktop and mobile browsers. We are developing native mobile applications for iOS and Android, which will be available in the near future.

What wallets are supported?

We support all major Web3 wallets including MetaMask, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect-compatible wallets, Coinbase Wallet, and hardware wallets like Ledger and Trezor. Any wallet that supports Ethereum and ERC-20 tokens will work with Cafe Trading.

Is KYC (Know Your Customer) required?

Basic KYC is required for all users to comply with regulations and ensure platform security. The process is streamlined and typically takes 1-2 business days. Enhanced KYC may be required for higher trading limits or withdrawal amounts.

Can I have multiple accounts?

Each individual is allowed one account per our terms of service. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited and may result in account suspension. However, you can connect multiple wallets to the same account for convenience.

How do I reset my account access?

Since accounts are tied to your Web3 wallet, access recovery depends on your wallet's recovery methods (seed phrase, private keys). If you lose access to your wallet, contact our support team with your account verification details for assistance.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, Cafe Trading operates with complete fee transparency. All costs are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. The only fees are trading fees, funding fees for perpetual futures, and standard blockchain network fees for deposits and withdrawals.

How are funding fees calculated?

Funding fees are paid every 8 hours between long and short position holders to maintain price parity with the spot market. The rate typically ranges from -0.01% to +0.01% and is displayed in real-time on the trading interface.

Do you charge deposit or withdrawal fees?

Cafe Trading does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees are minimal and cover blockchain network costs. The exact fee depends on network congestion and is displayed before you confirm the withdrawal. We aim to keep these fees as low as possible.
